We limit outgoing email rates to 300 emails per hour on our shared and reseller packages. Our business hosting solutions have a higher per hour limit. We do this to keep the mail queue from becoming overloaded, and to prevent spam listings and real-time black listings that affect everybody on the server.
Should you need to send more than 300 emails per hour we can work with you although we would need some form of justification as to why you need to send more than 300 emails per hour on our shared platforms.
You can send as many emails per hour as you would like with our Virtual Private Server or Dedicated Server products, but all of our Terms of Service rules still apply. We have zero tolerance for SPAM.
